The article institutionalises a variety of approaches to comprehension, interpretation and understanding of the concepts of constructing an inclusive society (society of inclusion) with a focus on the study of everyday reality of people characterised by various restrictions on the conditions of their life (limited needs, disabilities, persons with disabilities). It is shown that the use of concepts and categories of modern philosophy allows to integrate complexes of ideas about specificity of subjective time of people with disabilities in the world of everyday life of included society with priority use of phenomenological characteristics of intersubjectivity and intensional-temporal coordination. The concept of intersubjectivity is seen in the broad context of cognitive subject's constituting other subjects as conscious objects through intensionality, using internal experience, interpretation and comprehension of person's own individual being. The aim of the article is to investigate the formation of everyday life of individuals with disabilities in the space of levels of intersubjectivity of the inclusive society. The research methodology is based on philosophical, multidisciplinary and pedagogical complexes which allow demonstrating heuristic and expressive possibilities of conceptual apparatus used at different levels of intersubjectivity as a basic characteristic of subjective time of a person with disabilities in the inclusion society. The results and conclusions are of practical importance in solving socio-cultural and philosophical problems of conceptual and methodological nature. They show the peculiarities of application of temporal concepts in the context of constructing the social field of communication and life of individuals with disabilities

The problem of overcoming anxiety and nervous tension has turned out to be one of the most pressing in the modern world, which has found itself in an unprecedented situation of uncertainty and instability. Like many other significant negative processes on a global scale, it provoked an increase in people’s anxiety levels. A person’s uncertainty about tomorrow, without the opportunity to live a normal way of life, has created the preconditions for the occurrence of excessive emotional reactions to ongoing events, a decrease in performance and the perception of the surrounding world or many objects within it as potentially dangerous or stressful. The study showed that adaptive coping strategies are interconnected with the processes of self-knowledge, revaluation of values and positive self-attitude, visualization bei8ng one of them. These coping strategies include the use of visualization techniques in situations that are accompanied by anxiety, nervous tension, stress and depression. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that in the era of instability and uncertainty, people experience stress much more often. This technique can not only help cheer up, but also help improve well-being. Anxiety causes fear; sudden mood swings; tearfulness; irritability; persistently low mood, gloomy forebodings

According to various studies, the overall population incidence of latent iron deficiency (LID) ranges from 70% and more. However, routine tests cannot detect LID during preconception examination and in the first trimester of pregnancy; therefore, women receive no proper treatment, and iron deficiency manifest in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. LID causes hypoxia, leading to pregnancy, labor, and postpartum complications. Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of iron with folic acid supplements compared to vitamin-mineral complexes in pregnant women with LID to improve maternal and perinatal outcomes. Materials and methods. A prospective cohort non-interventional study (observational program) in real clinical practice was conducted. In total 461 pregnant women aged 19 to 35 with LID were included in the study. During the study, women were divided into two groups according to the method of LID correction: administration of iron sulfate 247.25 mg, which corresponds to an iron content of 80 mg + folic acid 350 g (Gyno-Tardyferon), or vitamin-mineral complexes with an iron content of 1418 mg. Routine complete blood count, serum iron, serum ferritin, and transferrin were monitored over time. Results. Gyno-Tardyferon showed high therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy; the rate of favorable outcomes was 100% and 35% for multivitamin iron-containing complexes. No LID progression to manifest iron deficiency during pregnancy can also be considered a favorable outcome. Conclusion. The results showed that timely treatment of LID with an iron-containing medication (Gyno-Tardyferon) prevents manifested iron deficiency and hemic and circulatory hypoxia, which ultimately reduces the rate of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum complications

The article systematizes the main approaches and practical directions of implementation of inclusion in the educational environment (diagnostic, social, installation, resource, differentiated, dynamic, system, conductive, axiological approaches). Among the materials of the work there is a description of the key components of the implementation of inclusive theory and practice in the digital environment, an analysis of the key directions in working with students with special educational needs. The work contains the result of systematization of the use of inclusion in different approaches, taking into account all the subjects of the educational space in the context of different planes, including taking into account the possibilities of using visual technologies of work in the digital space. The article describes the results of the use of visual technologies (mind maps, scribing, crossence) in the digital environment in order to optimize the inclusive practices of the educational space, in particular, describes the results of native teaching of children without special educational needs and their parents to participate in inclusion, its support in mass schools. The use of visual technologies was effective – interest in the problem increased, and parents and children were actively involved in the discussion. All this allowed us to conclude that working in a digital environment using visual technologies is a simple and mass way to involve people in the problems of implementing inclusive practices
